Join us for a nourishing day of balance and self care at our beautiful Yoga Garden.

As the sun reaches it's full power, radiating outward energy, this retreat offers you a chance to gently turn inward- filling yourself with love and nurturing practices to restore balance and vitality.

Your day will include:

  • Welcome circle with heart- opening cacao ceremony

  • Breathwork and kundalini yoga

  • A self-love workshop

  • A freshly prepared vegan lunch

  • A self-love facial with all -natural Tropic products

  • Deep relaxation with yoga nidra and a soothing gong bath

  • Yummy snacks and refreshing drinks throughout the day

A little about us:

Mary Ann Perasso has brought her enthusiasm for movement, other forms of yoga and conscious evolution to build this exciting community. Becoming a Kundalini Yoga Teacher is a natural expression of her wide and varied knowledge of the spiritual landscape. The vitality, focus and energy which Kundalini Yoga has brought to her life are apparent to all she meets, as is her joy in sharing this practice with others.

Susan Lynch has over 20 years of experience and is passionate about wellbeing. She blends her skills in Coaching, EFT, and Yoga to support her clients in feeling their happiest, most balanced selves.

Daily Yoga Class for 40 days

6.30am - 7.30am on Zoom

Come join us to energise your mornings for our next 40 day cycle. We have been running these classes online since 2020 and it is the best way to start your day. It keeps our inner light shining bright, to energise our day. Each class will start with Prananyama (breathing), the same Kriya (physical set), mantras (sound vibrations) and meditation you can push through physical blocks to change your energy and frequency, and with consistent practice you will experience and feel the results of self- transformation.

Come to the wearing loose, comfortable clothes that allow you to move easily. Do not eat 2 hours before class & bring some water. Please take responsibility for your health and do not do anything that will hurt or injure yourself. Be mindful of your body and make adjustments if needed.

EFT, or Emotional Freedom Techniques, is a form of psychological acupressure, sometimes referred to as "tapping." It involves tapping on specific points on the body (similar to acupuncture points) while focusing on negative emotions, physical sensations, or memories. The technique is designed to help release emotional blocks and reduce stress, anxiety, and other negative feelings.

The effectiveness of EFT is often attributed to its ability to reduce the body's stress response. By tapping on the meridian points while focusing on negative emotions, it's believed that EFT helps to calm the nervous system, rewire the brain to respond differently to stressors, and restore the balance of the body’s energy.

You will leave feeling relaxed, with tools to take away that you can use on your own.

Humans are innately social creatures, hard-wired to seek out a community. Connection is an exchange of humanity. The brain sees the lack of the human connection the same as a physical pain. It affects us both Psychologically and Physically. 

This workshop will explore the power of connection and what we need to do, to signal to our brain to release the neurotransmitters to feel more happy, motivated and relaxed.  Through meditations and exercises we will explore ways to connect your mind, body and soul for you for you to take away.
